Cross Belt Sorters

The cross belt sorter is designed to divert various sized products at a very high throughput rate. Product can be sorted off either side of the conveyor and be fed into totes, cartons, sack, or bulk containers. The unit is capable of handling high sort rates, up to 12,000 sorts per hour, based on product size.

Tight Radius Belt Curve

180° curve tables are used wherever the material flow of conveyed goods must be reversed in a defined direction within a very small space. Due to the small curve table radius, commissioning conveyors can be installed directly parallel to one another when space is limited.
