Conveyor Handling Company's Roller Wheels

Conveyor Handling's Roller Wheels are a great Ergonomic Solution for moving material in and out of wire decking. The wheels can be custom cut to fit to work in a wide range of applications. Roller Wheels are much more economical and versatile than replacing wire deck with a skate-wheel system.

  • Interchangeable
  • Easily removed and reinstalled
  • Used for various storage products
Before After
No Roller Wheels Roller Wheels Installed
Problem:
Boxes sink into wire deck causing them to get caught and require lift and pull motion to remove box. Average pull force on wire deck without wheels was 33.6 pounds. Replacing wire deck with skate wheel type decking is more expensive and not as versatile as the wheel system design.
Solution:
Boxes rest on wheels which snap onto existing wire deck in a pattern to hold product well above wire. Average pull force on roller wheels was 10.5 pounds (68.75% reduction in pull force). Various box sizes, and rack bay configurations are no problem as the roller placement is easily changed to accommodate the various situations.
