    Gravity Conveyor

    Gravity conveyors move cartons, totes and other products using a slight decline or manual force rather than a powered drive. Available as skatewheel or roller conveyor, these economical systems can be configured in numerous widths, lengths and support heights. Their simple construction provides quiet operation, minimal maintenance and flexible product movement for receiving, shipping, assembly and order-fulfillment applications.

    Incline/Decline Belts

    Incline and decline belt conveyors transport products between floors, mezzanines or processes at different elevations. Smooth, rough-top and cleated belts can be selected based on the product and conveyor angle, with widths and lengths tailored to the application. These systems make efficient use of vertical space, reduce manual lifting and provide controlled product movement between interconnected warehouse and production areas.

    Horizontal Belts

    Horizontal belt conveyors provide continuous support for cartons, totes, bags, parts and products that may not travel reliably on rollers. Slider-bed and roller-bed configurations are available for different load and distance requirements. Their simple, quiet operation makes them ideal for transportation, assembly and inspection while providing smooth handling, consistent product orientation and a stable conveying surface.

    Trash takeaway conveyors remove empty cartons, packaging materials and other waste from picking and packing areas, typically transporting to a baler or a recycling staging area. Systems may use belt, slider-bed or overhead conveyor configurations depending on the material and facility layout. Automating waste removal keeps workstations clear, reduces manual handling, improves safety and allows employees to remain focused on productive tasks. 

    Spiral

    Conveyor spirals move cartons, totes and packaged products vertically between floors, mezzanines or conveyor elevations while maintaining continuous product flow. Available in ascending, descending, single-lane and multi-lane configurations, they provide a compact alternative to long incline conveyors or lifts. Spiral conveyors conserve floor space, support high throughput and integrate easily with transportation, sortation and picking systems. 

    Live Roller

    Live roller conveyors use electrically powered rollers to transport boxed or palletized products.

    An economical solution for warehousing, manufacturing, food and beverage distribution, and e-commerce, these conveyors handle medium to large products.     Zero Pressure

    Zero-pressure accumulation conveyors divide the conveyor into individually controlled zones using sensors and powered rollers. Products are stopped and released without contacting one another, allowing cartons of different sizes and weights to accumulate safely. These systems reduce product damage, provide precise flow control and create reliable buffers before sorters, packing stations, palletizers and other downstream processes.

    Minimum Pressure Live Roller

    Minimum-pressure live roller conveyors allow products to accumulate with a small, controlled amount of back pressure. Adjustable drive systems maintain product movement while limiting the force applied to cartons and totes within the accumulation line. This simple, cost-effective design provides dependable buffering and singulation while reducing product collisions, complicated adjustments and operating demands compared with conventional pressure accumulation systems.

    Chain Driven Live Roller

    Chain-driven live roller conveyors use positive chain-to-roller drive connections to transport loaded pallets, drums and other heavy products. Standard and extra-heavy-duty configurations can accommodate different load capacities and operating conditions, including oily or contaminated environments. Their rugged construction provides dependable movement, consistent roller power and long service life in manufacturing, bottling, warehousing and distribution applications.

    Drag Chain

    Drag-chain conveyors use parallel strands of powered chain to move pallets and other heavy products. They are especially useful for loads with runners that must travel perpendicular to conventional conveyor rollers and for creating right-angle pallet transfers. Photo-eye controls can provide zero-pressure accumulation, improving load spacing, reducing collisions and supporting reliable pallet movement through automated handling systems.

    Sortation Conveyors

    Sliding Shoe

    Sliding-shoe sorters use moving plastic shoes that travel across a slatted conveyor surface to gently guide products into the correct destination lane. They handle cartons, totes and many packaged goods at medium to high speeds and can divert to one or both sides. Their smooth sorting action provides high throughput, dependable accuracy and reduced product impact in demanding distribution operations.

    Tilt-Tray

    Tilt-tray sorters carry individual products on trays that automatically tilt at the assigned destination. They can handle apparel, parcels, small cartons, books and other items with varied shapes and sizes. Their closed-loop design supports numerous sort destinations within a compact system while delivering high throughput, accurate order routing and gentle handling for fulfillment, postal and distribution applications.

    Split-Tray (Bombay)

    Split-tray, or Bombay, sorters carry individual items on trays that open at the designated destination, allowing products to drop into a chute, bag or container below. They are well suited for apparel, small parcels and lightweight or irregular items. The system provides high-speed sorting, a large number of destinations and efficient use of vertical and horizontal facility space.

    Crossbelt

    Crossbelt sorters use individually controlled belt conveyors mounted on moving carriers to discharge products to either side of the system. They reliably handle cartons, parcels, polybags and irregularly shaped items across a wide range of sizes. Crossbelt technology delivers high-speed, high-accuracy sorting with flexible destination layouts, making it ideal for e-commerce, parcel, retail and distribution operations.

    Narrow Belt

    Narrow-belt sorters use multiple strips of belting with pop-up wheels or rollers positioned between them to divert products at an angle or right angle. They are commonly used for cartons and totes in medium- to high-throughput systems. Their compact construction provides accurate routing, efficient power usage and a cost-effective way to serve multiple shipping, packing or processing lanes.

    Pop-Up Divert

    Pop-up divert conveyors use powered wheels, rollers or chains that rise between the conveyor surface to redirect products onto another line. Diverts can be configured for various angles, including 30-, 45- and 90-degree transfers. This straightforward technology provides fast, reliable routing of cartons and totes while offering an economical solution for merges, transfers and moderate-throughput sortation applications.

    Modular Belt

    Modular-belt conveyors use interlocking plastic sections to create a durable and adaptable conveying surface capable of quickly diverting items of varying sizes. The belt resists moisture and many contaminants, while individual modules can be replaced as needed. These features make modular conveyors valuable for washdown, production and specialized sortation environments.

    Pusher/Arm/Plow Divert

    Pusher, arm and plow diverts use mechanical devices to sweep or redirect products from a conveyor into a chute or destination lane. Different mechanisms can accommodate cartons, totes, bags and products with varying weights and dimensions. These systems provide an economical and flexible sorting method for low- to moderate-throughput applications that do not require a continuous high-speed sorter.

    Wire Mesh

    Wire-mesh conveyors use an open metal belt to transport products through high-temperature, low-temperature, drying, cooling or washdown processes. The open surface allows air, heat and liquids to pass around the product while maintaining dependable support. Available in straight and curved configurations, these durable conveyors are well suited for ovens, freezers, coating lines and industrial processing applications.

    Horizontal Slat

    Horizontal slat conveyors use overlapping steel, plastic or other durable slats to create a rigid, continuous conveying surface. Their rugged construction handles hot, oily, heavy or irregular products that may damage conventional belts.     Portable Conveyor

Options include flexible skatewheel, powered roller and belt conveyors, often mounted on casters or built with accordion-style frames.     Vertical Conveyors

Vertical reciprocating conveyors use a platform that travels up and down to transfer loads between levels, while continuous vertical conveyors move products in a steady flow for higher-throughput applications.     Overhead Monorail (GOH)

    Overhead monorail conveyors (Garment-over Hangar - GOH) suspend products from carriers that travel along a track above the facility floor. Powered or manually assisted configurations can transport garments on hangers, empty cartons, parts and other lightweight products between operational areas. By using overhead space, these systems free valuable floor area, reduce congestion and support transportation, accumulation and sorting without interfering with ground-level workflows.

    Extendable

    Extendable conveyors use telescoping belt or roller sections that extend directly into trailers and retract when loading or unloading is complete. Operators can adjust the conveyor length as work progresses, bringing the conveying surface closer to the product. These systems reduce walking, carrying and repetitive handling, accelerate dock operations and conserve valuable receiving and shipping space when retracted.
